1. Why Aviation as a career choice?
As predicted, by 2030 India will have the highest growth rate. After USA and China, aviation sector in India is witnessing the highest growth rate which is registered to be of around 20-25% growth rate. Moreover by 2020 India will be the second largest commuter/consumer of aviation industry approx. more than 500 million. This accounts for 12% hike in air cargo and 15-17 % hike in catering business.
As on date it is only 2% of Indian population (which is the second largest in the world) is using air facility, moreover an estimated increase of 10% will be seen in coming years thereby increasing demand on the existing industry and thus creating new opportunities. To prepare for this rise, total airport expected in domestic market are around 400, which is develop or built in the smart city concept of the central government. According to an estimate, total requirement of new employment is around 350,000/- in next 5-6 years for trained or skilled staff.
2. What is the source of this data, all that are provided are estimated and expected numbers?
These figures of estimate and expectations are provided after the implementation of Indian Government National Civil Aviation Policy (NCAP 2016). As Indian government has rolled out its Smart City Plan, building and providing airport services is an integral part of the policy. According to the policy every smart city will have access to airport and related services. Also Make In India, Skill India and UDAAN SCHEME have added to the atmosphere conducive for Aviation growth. Indian carriers like Indigo, Go Air, SpiceJet and Vistara etc. have ordered more than 700 aircrafts. In January 2017, a growth rate of 25.17% was recorded in passenger ratio. As per AAI, CAPA and IATA India will be the biggest market in few years, their reports reflect based on actual data till March 2017.

10. What options does one have if not found fit for cabin crew
Candidate opting for Cabin crew have certain pre-requisites as per the Industry norms. If a candidate is unable to meet them it does not hold them back from being part of the industry. We advise them to join our ground handling course. Ground staffs like cabin crew are an important part of the industry. They are also specifically and equally trained individuals. The salary scale of the ground staff is a little less than cabin crew, however promotion in Cabin Crew possibility, and further enhancement in the job profile is solely subject to candidates performance. This training also allows an individual to opt for hospitality, front desk executive, travel agency etc.
11. What are the training prospects of student with poor communication skills?
Student having poor communication skill will have to be trained differently to blend seamlessly in the main stream. For such prospective student we emphasize on soft skills, development of personality & communication skills in our one year course. We pay special attention to them. In addition, we also provide practice modules for training and enhancing. Audio/ Video presentation are the tools used to impart training. We conduct frequent tests for better monitoring the progress of each student.
12. What are the pre- requisites for opting a course for cabin crew?
Students joining the cabin crew course should have the following pre- requisites
• Height for boys - 170 cm
• Height for girls - 155 cm
• The weight should be proportionate to height.
• There should not be any cut marks or tattoo in exposed part of the body.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skill
• Age Limit: Between 18 yrs to 27 yrs .
13. What facilities are included in fee?
The fee is inclusive of training materials, uniform, international travel to and from Delhi or Mumbai, 4 star hotel stay (including bed & breakfast), visa application charges, sightseeing etc. We have corporate arrangements with swimming Pools, where students go for compulsory swimming classes.
